This 380 m² poolhouse has 3 floors, and was built in 1985 and 1998 on a 1600 m² ground with a spectacular view over the fjord.
The very big pool department of 90 m² the whole famliy can relax. On the ground floor there is a nice bar with e.g. dart. On the ground there is a nice and safe back garden with barbeque and a nice patio where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee. For the children there are swings and a sandpit. In the poolhouse there are 20 accomodation possibilities: 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 doublebeds, 3 with 1 doublebed and 1 bunk bed. Furthermore there is bed recess for 2 persons on the corridor. The house has 1 bathroom with toilet, sink and shower and 1 bathroom with with toilet, sink, bath tub and an additional bathroom with toilet and sink. The house is warmed up with a heat pump and a woodburning stove. Additional to the rent there has to be paid 233,- Euro mandatory cleaning fee SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED 2 pets are allowed.
